Privacy policy

Last updated: August 2026

This policy covers remedydigest.com. It's written to be read, not to be scrolled past.

What we collect

We don't ask you to create an account, and there's nothing to sign up for. If you write to us, we receive whatever you put in that message — your email address and anything you choose to include — and we keep it only as long as it takes to answer you.

Like most websites, ours records ordinary technical information when a page loads: the page requested, approximate region, browser and device type, and the site that referred you. We use it to understand which summaries get read and to keep the site working.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and comparable methods for two purposes:

Your browser can block or delete cookies at any time. The site remains readable without them.

Advertising and third parties

Pages may include measurement code from advertising platforms so we can tell whether a campaign reached people who were actually interested. Those providers process data under their own policies, and we don't control what they retain.

Following an outbound link takes you to a company we don't operate. Once you're there, their privacy policy applies, not ours.

We don't sell personal information, and we don't collect health information about you. We have no way to know what condition brought you to a page, and we'd rather keep it that way.

Children

This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what data relating to you we hold, to request its deletion, or to object to certain processing. Write to the address below and we'll act on it. Because we don't maintain accounts, in most cases the answer is that we hold nothing beyond an email you sent us.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
